The fourth chapter of the Mad Max saga, starring Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron, looks great thus far.
Today at Comic-Con, series creator George Miller unveiled a new trailer of Mad Max: Fury Road, which is scheduled to arrive in 2015. Many are curious whether or not Tom Hardy (Bronson, The Dark Knight Rises) will serve as a good successor to Mel Gibson in the role of Mad Max. This trailer does little to further the argument for either side of that conversation, but the car-chase action sequences look to have taken a significant leap forward since the last film in the series.
Our Take:
While Miller continues to move forward with Fury Road, the Mad Max themed game being developed by Avalanche Studios has been difficult to track since its 2013 announcement . The game was delayed into 2015 back in April, so we wonder if that was done to release the two projects in tandem to maximize visibility.
