e3 2014

EA opened its E3 2014 press conference with a video about the upcoming multiplayer shooter Star Wars Battlefront, and the game looks about as authentic as a Star Wars fan could hope for.

In order to give Battlefront a truly authoritative feel, Dice visited LucasArts archives and took extensive photos in order to remodel the classic Star Wars models for the game. Dice then went to the original movie locations and put them into the game. One of the speederbike scenes we saw in the game looked just like the film, so we're sure fans will be happy to see more of the game when EA shows the titles in greater detail in the spring of 2015.

We know that there has been some debate over where or not Dice's Sweden or the LA studio would we working on the game, but the video EA showed looked like it was showing the Sweden studio.
