Sony has both announced and released a new indie title, Entwined, for PlayStation 4.

The game tasks players with controlling two independent bird-like creatures with the PlayStation 4's two control sticks. You must reunite the the birds who are in love, but cannot be together over the course of nine lifetimes.

The game is $9.99 and is available immediately for PlayStation 4. The game is also planned for release on PlayStation 3 and Vita as part of the cross-buy program.
