Cave Story Creator Releases KeroBlaster On PC And iPhone

Cave Story creator Daisuke Amaya recently released his newest game, KeroBlaster, and it shares some similarities with the indie PC gem that made him famous.

The game has a similar 8-bit inspired aesthetic to Cave Story, and appears to share a similar shooting and upgrading mechanic. You can check out a trailer for the game below.

You can pick up the game not for $4.99 on iPhone by heading here. You can also grab the PC version of the for $7.99 here, and grab the soundtrack with the game for an extra $2.

Our Take
As a big fan of Cave Story, I am excited to check out KeroBlaster. It looks like it shares a lot in common with Amaya's excellent platforming shooter.
