Watch The Call Of Duty Championships And Earn Ghosts Double XP This Weekend
Activision has announced a double XP weekend for Call of Duty: Ghosts. The event is conveniently timed alongside the Call of Duty Championships taking place in Anaheim this weekend.
You can watch the competition on MLG.tv, or the newly released MLG app on Xbox 360. The event features 31 teams competing for a $1 million prize pool. The winning team will take home $400,000. With second place through eighth place prizes ranging from $200,000 to $25,000.
Matches are being streamed from 9 a.m. through 11 p.m. Pacific on Friday and Saturday. Broadcasting begins at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, with the final match taking place around 3 p.m. Pacific.
Finally, Activision is teasing something for the upcoming Devastation map pack due on April 3 on Xbox One and Xbox 360. Last time players got to play as Halloween baddie Michael Myers. This time out, it looks like The Predator (or something very much like it) will get the spotlight.
