Voting Now Open For GDC And IGF Audience Awards
The Game Developers Choice Awards and Independent Game Festival Awards will be taking place during the Game Developers Conference in March. Both ceremonies feature an award winner selected by the audience, and voting is now open.
In order to vote, you must visit the relevant GDC Awards and IGF Awards pages, select your choice form the drop-down menu, and enter your valid email address. A confirmation will be sent to confirm your vote.
The selection process will conclude at 9 pm Eastern on March 1. The awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday, March 19, at 6:30 pm Pacific. The event will be streamed via Twitch.
Our Take
These two lists are filled with blockbuster hits and indie gems. There is indie representation on the GDC Award list, with Gone Home, The Stanley Parable, Device 6, and others filling seven of the twenty-four spots. Take a few moments and make your voice heard.
