Microsoft has announced that Halo: Spartan Assault will be arriving on the Xbox 360 tomorrow. The twin-stick shooter has already been released on PC, Xbox One, and Windows Phones.
The game is set between the events of Halo 3 and Halo 4, when tenuous cease-fire agreement between the UNSC and Covenant forces was in effect. As Kyle said in his review of the PC version, the game does a good job of communicating the things that make Halo what it is, even though its gameplay, scale, and presentation might be different from what players are accustomed to. The Xbox 360 version of the game includes 30 missions, as well as the Operation Hydra expansion content.
The download is priced at $14.99, unless you've already purchased the game on PC or for your Windows Phone. In that case, you can get it for $4.99.

Our Take
And with that, Halo: Spartan Assault will be out on all promised platforms. It's strange to see the Xbox 360 version of the game trail its Windows Phone counterpart, but time marches on.
