The Walking Dead Season 2 Starts On Xbox 360 On December 18

by Mike Futter on Dec 10, 2013 at 03:11 AM

Steam has dated the first episode of The Walking Dead Season 2, All That Remains, for December 17. Today, Xbox Live's Larry Hryb has revealed that the series will start just a day later on Xbox 360.

The news comes by way of the Major Nelson blog. Hryb frequently updates his site with upcoming content, and we know now that the first episode will be available for $4.99, with the remaining four bundled in a season pass for $14.99. This mirrors the fee structure for The Wolf Among Us.

Additionally, the first season of The Walking Dead will be available at a 66 percent discount from December 17 through 23. If you haven't had a chance to meet Lee and Clementine, you'll be able to do so at a significant savings.

Our Take
Telltale Games must be learning to juggle, because they now have a number of balls in the air. In addition to The Walking Dead Season 2 and The Wolf Among Us, the studio has just announced two new series based on Borderlands and Game of Thrones. I'm curious to see how well they'll be able to manage these four different series in a timely fashion. Here's hoping that quality doesn't suffer from an over-extension of resources.
