Celebrate The Launch Of Call Of Duty: Ghosts With Double XP
We hope you’ve been warming up, because the competition is about to get fierce this weekend. Activision and Infinity Ward are celebrating the release of Call of Duty: Ghosts with the title’s first double XP weekend.
The event starts on Friday, November 8, 2013, at 10 am Pacific. You’ll have the entire weekend to rack up twice the experience points, as the event doesn’t end until November 11, 2013, at 10 am Pacific.
You can take advantage of this on Wii U, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. If you’re planning on upgrading to a next-gen console, your XP, stats, and achievements will stay in the family. You’ll be able to keep them from Xbox 360 to Xbox One or PlayStation 3 to PlayStation 4. You won’t be able to cross over and keep your progress, though. Double XP weekends are a great opportunity to burn through unlocks quickly. If you have Call of Duty: Ghosts, you probably don’t need me to tell you to play this weekend, but just in case, don’t miss this opportunity.
