The Amazing Spider-Man 2 Game Coming Soon
Planned for release alongside the film of the same name, The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is getting a video game adaptation.
The game is developed by Beenox, the same studio that created the first The Amazing Spider-Man game. It will feature an open-world, similar to the first game, and will offer an alternate take on the events of the second film.
The game will be available next Spring for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Wii U, 3DS, and PC. The Amazing Spider-Man was recently announced for Vita, but no Vita plans were announced for The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
Our Take
It's no surprise to see a new Spider-Man game on the way. We didn't love the first Amazing Spider-Man game, but that doesn't mean we don't like Spider-Man games in general. When they're awesome, they're really awesome, so we're hopeful for The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
