Final DLC Pack For Black Ops II Releases Today On PC, PS3

by Joe Juba on Sep 26, 2013 at 07:41 AM

New maps and a twist on zombies finally await PC and PS3 players in Apocalypse, the fourth and final piece of Call of Duty: Black Ops II's downloadable content.

The DLC, which is no longer exclusive to Xbox 360, includes four maps: Pod, Frost, Takeoff, and Dig. It also includes a new zombie-themed scenario where players go to World War I-era France and encounter Tank, Nikolai, Takeo, and Richofen – characters from a zombie map in Call of Duty: World at War.

Apocalypse was released last month on Xbox 360. For the PC and PS3 crowd, it is available today for $15, though it is included as part of the game's season pass.

Our Take
Black Ops II had a good run, and this new content gives the series' diehard fans one last chance to enjoy new stuff before diving into Ghosts in November. The nod to the characters from World at War is particularly cool.
