For a small price, you can help charity and get some of the best recent indie games like Trine 2, Mark of the Ninja, and Fez.

Humble Bundle 9 is currently on sale. Proceeds from all sales to to charities Child's Play, Electronic Frontier Foundation, and Watsi. You can name your price for DRM-free versions of Trine 2: Complete Story, Mark of the Ninja, Eets Munchies, and DoubleFine's Brutal Legend. However, if you pay more than the average donation (which is currently a paltry $3.82) you unlock two more excellent games: FTL: Faster Than Light and Fez.

You also receive the soundtracks for Trine 2 and Brutal Legend, as well as the FTL and Fez soundtracks if you donate above the average.

The games are DRM free for Windows, Mac, and Linux. You can also access them through Steam as long as your purchase is for $1 or more (but honestly, how much of a cheapskate could you possibly be?).

Our Take:
The Humble Bundle is pretty much the best thing going in the game industry. Gamers get great deals on great games, indie developers see more sales, and a big cut goes to charity. It's a win all around.
