The Humble Origin Bundle has generated over $9 million, setting a record for the charity service. Two games have also been added since the bundle's launch.

The previous record was help by the Humble Indie Bundle 5, which generated just over $5 million. That bundle included Psychonauts, Limbo, Amnesia: The Dark Descent, Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP, and Bastion.

Initially, the Humble Origin Bundle offered Dead Space, Burnout Paradise: The Ultimate Box, Crysis 2: Maximum Edition, Mirror's Edge, Dead Space 3, and Medal of Honor. Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 - Uprising and Populous have since been added to the "pay what you want" bundle.

To get all the 10 game, you just have to pay over the average price, which is currently $4.90. You can head here to grab the bundle if you haven't already.

Our Take
This is fantastic news, especially considering EA is donating 100% of the bundle's sales to assorted charities. EA's bundle setting a record isn't too surprising considering the caliber of game's being offered. Dead Space 3 has only been available for about six months. Maybe EA will consider doing this annually. I'm sure the charities would be happy with that.
