Blizzard Announces Diablo III's Reaper Of Souls Expansion

Last week we reported on Blizzard's teaser for something called "Reaper of Souls" set in the Diablo universe. We can confirm our guess about this being an expansion was correct.

Reaper of Souls will introduce the new Crusader mid-range melee class and pit players against Malthael, the fallen Angel of Wisdom (and now an angel of death). New monsters, new environments, and new loot (with an improved drop system) will all be on hand.
