SyFy To Debut New Cosplay Reality Show Tonight
As reality TV continues its effort to produce shows on literally everything that human beings do ever on Earth, cosplay gets its chance.
SyFy's Heroes of Cosplay will air its first episode tonight at 10:30/9:30 Central p.m. You can watch the first trailer for the show below.

Our Take:
A former colleague of mine, Meagan Marie (now with Square
Enix) is deeply involved in cosplay and I can attest to the amount of time and
effort that she puts into creating her costumes. However, I'm guessing this
show is going to largely follow the formula of focusing on the squabbling
between contestant and drama rather than the hobby itself. I'm sure at least
one of these cosplayers, likely whoever is a complete sociopath, will soon be a
star on Talk Soup. For a better look at cosplay, check out some of the CosBlogs
