After pricing Prince Peach's castle just under $1 billion, the Movoto real estate blof decided to tackle another notable piece of video game property: Dracula's castle. For the sake of simplification, this price refers to the iteration of Dracula's castle that appeared in the original NES game.

Using Simon Belmont's height and Dracula's shoulder width to determine the game's 3D space, Movoto determined that the castle has a size of 15,680 square feet.

Taking that square footage and comparing it to the price of similar castles in Transylvania, Movoto determined that that you can own Dracula's castle for a measly $486,080.

For a full breakdown of how Movoto arrived at the price, check out their blog.
