Nobuo Uematsu, the composer behind Final Fantasy's most memorable music, wrote an e-book, and it's available now.

The book is called Blik-0 1946 and is available to purchase now on iTunes for $9.99. The book is about a sentient robot figuring out how to live among humans. Along with writing the book, Uematsu also composed the companion music.

Uematsu wrote the book for readers to, "recognize the happiness you can find in everyday life, which you often ignore because they are too close to you, and the importance of kindness and respect to others."

Our Take
It's nice to see Uematsu stretching his creative legs and trying out some different mediums of artistic expression. The story is certainly different from the typical Final Fantasy world threatening good versus evil stories that Uematsu's music is typically connected to.
