Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate – the upgraded version of the already released DOA 5 – is marked with new modes and character-customization options, and now those of you who pre-order the game can get exclusive costume packs for select characters.
If you pre-order the game at either GameStop or Amazon (full disclosure: Game Informer is owned by GameStop), you can get your hands on a set of new costumes for the title. GameStop pre-order customers will get costumes for Kasumi and Ayane in J-Pop outifts as well as Momiji, Rachel, Tina, Christie, Helena, and Lisa in more mature threads. Amazon customers will get Kokoro, Leifang, Hitomi, and Mila in schoolgirl outfits.

Re-releasing a title with additional content seems to be the norm for fighting games. Not being a fan of the genre, it seems a little excessive, but what do you Dead or Alive fans think?
