Castlevania: Lords Of Shadow 2 Pictured With Oculus Rift Compatibility
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow producer Dave Cox Tweeted a picture of Lords of Shadow 2 being played with the Oculus Rift.
The first assumption to made from this Tweet and image is that the PC version of Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 will be playable with the Oculus Rift, but it's doubtful that this is a confirmation. It could just be developer Mercury Steam playing with some fancy toys around the office.

Our Take
The Oculus Rift has been host to a number of first-person games and experiences, but I am curious if the device would function with a third-person action game. The first Lords of Shadow had some amazing vistas, so being able to physically look around could be very cool, but I'm curious if it would add dramatically to the gameplay. In any case, I certainly wouldn't say no to adding the ability to at least have the Oculus option.
