Square Enix has announced plans to release two of its action/RPGs on Xbox One as well as PlayStation 4.
This news comes after yesterday's announcement that Final Fantasy Versus XIII is now Final Fantasy XV and Kingdom Hearts III is in development.
When we asked Final Fantasy brand director Shinji Hashimoto if the PS4 and Xbox One versions would release at the same time, the company would neither confirm or deny a simultaneous release date.
This is the first time the Kingdom Hearts franchise has appeared on a Microsoft console. Since this is the third entry, Matsuda was asked how the company plans to catch-up newcomers on Microsoft. As of right now, there's no plans for anything of that sort. But as Matsuda suggested, fans can look online at videos and to get a grasp of the complex history.
