The Last Of Us Comic Is Out Today

We first heard about the comic book prequel to The Last of Us back in October. Now the first of four issues is out in the wild.

The Last of Us: American Dreams tells "the story of thirteen-year-old Ellie's life in a violent, postpandemic world," reads the summary on Dark Horse's site. "A newcomer at a military boarding school, Ellie is reluctant to toe the line, which earns her new enemies—and her first glimpse of the world outside."

Credits include Naughty Dog creative director Neil Druckmann on writing duties alongside writer/artist Faith Erin Hicks.
