Out of PAX East comes good news for old-school Capcom fans: the company is working on new titles in the DuckTales and Mega Man franchises.

The news came today during the Capcom panel at PAX East.

The DuckTales games will be in the able hands of WayForward Technologies, which has a knack for reimagining classic 8- and 16-bit era games, as proven by WayForward developed titles like Contra 4 and Double Dragon Neon. While not much is known about the new DuckTales game, it will be inspired by the NES game.

On the Mega Man front, Capcom community manager Brett Elston said that the company is developing a new Mega Man title, though he declined to share any information about the game. In addition, he said that Mega Man 4 (April 25) and Mega Man 5 (May 16) will be hitting the 3DS eShop.
