Jerry Bruckheimer Games Is "No Longer A Functioning Entity"

The game studio that didn't actually create any games, but had the name of a successful film and television producer attached to it, no longer exists.
The "studio" was founded in 2007. The word studio is in quotes because it was less a game development studio, and more of an idea house. It was meant to be a place to conceive video games, and then pass those ideas along to capable developers and publishers. The studio was rumored to be working on three games for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, and it's not clear what happened to these mysterious projects.
The news of the company's disappearance comes from GameSpot.com which spoke to a representative for the now former company for confirmation.
