Irrational Details BioShock Infinite Season Pass

by Matt Helgeson on Feb 21, 2013 at 01:50 PM

Developer Irrational announced today that it will be offering a season pass for Ken Levine's much anticipated BioShock Infinite, which will offer you access to all the game's DLC and additional content for a one-time fee - plus a little bonus content for season pass owners.

According to Irrational's press release, the season pass will give you "Three all-new add-on packs will provide hours of additional gameplay and continue the player's journey in the sky-city of Columbia with new stories, characters, abilities and weapons."

If you were to buy all this content separately, it would cost $30, but the season pass is only $19.99 (for PSN and PC) or 1,600 MS points (for Xbox 360). In addition, nabbing a season pass will get you the "Early Bird Special Pack," which includes "four pieces of exclusive gear, a Machine Gun Damage Upgrade, a Pistol Damage Upgrade, a gold skin for both weapons and five Infusion bottles that allow players to increase their health, their shield durability or their ability to use Vigors by increasing the quantity of Salts they can carry."

If you pre-order the game itself, you'll get the Industrial Revolution Pack for free, which boasts "exclusive access to three in-game gear items that boost combat abilities, $500 bonus to in-game currency, five lock picks and the Industrial Revolution puzzle game, which unlocks stories of Columbia and allows players to pledge their allegiance to the Vox Populi or Founders through Facebook."
