Trion Worlds Announces April 2 Defiance Release With New Trailer
Trion Worlds has announced that its upcoming shooter Defiance is coming this April, and it marked the news by releasing a live-action trailer. The game is unusual in that it's also the subject of a new Syfy TV show.
The Defiance trailer shows a group of Ark Hunters traveling to Mos Eisley's Cantina a desert bar and then taking on a surprise Hellbug infestation. The game supports large-scale co-op battles and a persistent world. Judging from the size of these critters, the more people you can wrangle up to fight with, the better.
The game will be available worldwide on April 2, on the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360, with the Syfy show debuting on April 15. Take a look at our earlier preview for Adam's hands-on impressions of it.
