Funcom's Beijing Studio Is Closing

As part of its announced restructuring, The Secret World developer Funcom is shuttering its studio in Beijing. The Secret World is an MMO that has struggled since release, and even recently dropped its subscription fee.

The closing of a studio is always unfortunate, but given the company's tribulations, it isn't a surprise.

The Secret World is still operational, with Funcom's Raleigh, NC office charged with taking on the tasks handled in Beijing.
