by Kimberley Wallace on Jan 24, 2013 at 04:31 AM

Major League Gaming announced details today for its 10th annual Pro Circuit Winter Season, revealing the date of the winter championship and what games to expect for competition.

This season, League of Legends and Call of Duty: Black Ops II (Xbox 360) are the games of choice. A third game will be revealed in the future.

For Black Ops II competitors, tournaments are already posted on the MLG website, and passes are available on January 29. League of Legends information will trickle out in the coming weeks.

Those interested in the grand finale should note that the MLG Winter Championship takes place this year in Dallas, Texas at the Dallas Convention Center from March 15-17. Spectator passes go on sale in February, but if you want to get a head start, hotel information is already available.

“The Winter Season includes games built for competitive play, an event format and production level unparalleled in the industry and a passionate global fan base that continues to grow. Combine that with our TV-esque online broadcast, and we have everything needed for MLG and eSports to dominate the entertainment industry and appeal to an even broader audience," says Sundance DiGiovanni, CEO and co-founder.
