Fire Emblem And Shin Megami Tensei Mash-Up In The Works

The Shin Megami Tensei series and the Fire Emblem series are teaming up for a new game.

Nintendo wasn't able to offer any details on how the game plays, or when it's coming, or what it is exactly, but it looks like it features many characters from assorted games across both series. Nintendo cited the rising cost of development as one of the reasons why these sort of mash-ups are a good idea in modern game development.
