Toki Tori 2 Delayed

Developer Two Tribes is self-publishing its puzzle/platformer, and the company says it needs a little more time to make things just right.

The game will not release on December 20 for the Wii U as originally planned, but is being moved to an unknown future date.

"We are busy making a plan to fix the the game’s current weak spots," said Two Tribes in a blog post,  "in all categories ranging from gameplay to graphics to technology. We are not ready to commit to an exact release date at this point, but it will definitely be early in the new year."

A Steam version for PC/Mac is also being planned. In the meantime, you can still play the original on WiiWare (which itself is an upgrade of the Game Boy Color original) as well as PS3, iOS, Android, and other platforms.
