Nintendo has released a 14-minute video explaining in great detail the online functionality of the Wii U.

You can check out the full video below where User IDs are explained, and plans for future cross-platform integration are laid out. Apparently soon we will be able to access the Nintendo eShop from the Wii U, the 3DS, PCs, and mobile devices. Does this mean we will see Nintendo applications on Android and iOS devices?
