Modern Warfare Favela Map Restored

Activsion has restored the previously removed Favela Map from Modern Warfare 2 after receiving complaints from Muslim gamers earlier this month. A new update for the game released today adding Favela back to the playlists. So far it seems only the PS3 version was updated. No word when Xbox 360 and PC versions will be updated.

Text attributed to Prophet Muhammad which reportedly reads "Allah is beautiful and He loves beauty" was recently discovered on a picture frame hanging in a bathroom. It has been removed.
