GameStop No Longer Pre-Ordering The Wii U, Waiting List Established
GameStop has officially closed off both Wii U skus for pre-order. If you want to get your hands on one from GameStop, you will have to jump on the waiting list.
You can find out more about the Wii U Wait List (which is basically a pre-order for a pre-order) by heading here, but here is some overview. You have to be a PowerUps Rewards member in order to get on the list, you can get on the list by heading to your local GameStop store and inquiring, and while GameStop cannot offer a time frame for when you will get your Wii U, you will receive e-mail updates about the status of your pre-pre-order.
The Wii U releases November 18.
