Mike Tyson Remembers The Attitude Era In New WWE '13 Trailer
Back in 1998, the tide of pro wrestling's famed Monday Night Wars began to swing in WWF's favor. Attitude Era stars like Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock, Mick Foley, and D-Generation X did a fine job of stealing wrestling fans that were tiring of WCW's aging stars and quickly-unraveling NWO storyline. If you look at a graph of television ratings during this timeframe, you'll see the WWF start to gain favor prior to Wrestlemania XIV in March of 1998. A large part of this shift is due to mainstream interest in Mike Tyson's involvement in the primary Steve Austin vs. Shawn Michaels feud heading into that event. The Baddest Man on the Planet is a playable character in the upcoming WWE '13, and he recently spoke about his WWE stint in a new video.
