Epic has confirmed a March 19, 2013 release date for the next installment in the Gears of War series.

Epic's Rod Fergusson (heard here chatting us up about Blood Wake) told G4 in an interview that the game would release in March, and now Epic has followed up with a specific date. Just eight short months until you are back behind the barrel of a chainsaw.
