Jocelyn of the website Snack or Die has created some pretty amazing (and delicious) treats based on video games in the past. These Piranha Plant cookie cupcakes are no exception.

I'm an amateur baker, and I think Jocelyn's descriptions of the steps involved in baking these cupcakes are clear enough for even novice bakers to follow.
