Wii U Controller Battery Life Specs Uncovered

Nintendo's new controller for its console has no shortage of gadgets, but they won't drain the battery too quickly. According to Nintendo the battery life will last between 3 and 5 hours, but that number is only meant as a guide and will vary, depending on how the controller is used, and various settings. 

However, the controller will include an AC adapter that will allow you to charge the controller without stopping your game. It is unclear whether this will plug directly into the system, or whether you'll need a separate outlet.
