New Castlevania: Lords Of Shadow Games Hitting 3DS And More
Last week Konami teased that a new Castlevania game would be revealed during the company’s E3 press conference. Today NeoGAF spilled the beans on Nintendo Power's upcoming Castlevania issue, confirming that two new titles are on the way: A proper sequel to Lords of Shadow as well as what appears to be a 3DS spin-off.
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate appears to be a 2.5D game starring Trevor Belmont which sets up the beginning of the proper Lords of Shadow sequel. We still don’t have word on what systems or generation Lords of Shadow 2 will arrive on, but we’re crossing our fingers for something on the Wii U.
Personally, I’m hoping that Mirror of Fate leans heavily towards the classic Symphony of the Night gameplay formula. It’s been awhile since Order of Ecclesia, and I want more.
