Check Out Some Early Screenshots From Mojang's Next Game
The screens don't offer much insight into what exactly the creators of Minecraft are doing next, but it's a start.
The name of the game, 0x10c, was revealed earlier this month. According to Marcus Persson, it's a science fiction game with the following elements:
- Lots of engineering.
- Fully working computer system.
- Space battles against the AI or other players.
- Abandoned ships full of loot.
- Duct tape!
- Seamlessly landing on planets.
- Advanced economy system.
- Random encounters.
- Mining, trading, and looting.
- Single and multi player connected via the multiverse.
I'm glad to hear it will have mining. It would be dangerous to tread to far from his original roots. Check out the screens below.
