Delayed Vita Marvel Vs. Capcom DLC Explained And Dated

Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 for the Vita was supposed to have DLC available on release date, but it wasn't there. Now we know why, and when it's coming.

The Jill and Shuma characters and Costume Pack 1 had technical problems working between the PlayStation 3 and Vita, and weren't sharing properly. It should be all fixed now, according to Capcom, and you can download it all on Tuesday February 28.
