Ace Attorney Movie Planned For Worldwide Release

It's been a good week for Ace Attorney fans. First, you get confirmation of Ace Attorney 5 and iOS re-releases of 1-3. Now, there's word the movie is getting a worldwide release.

Confirmation came during a Q&A with Japanese director Miike Takashi after the Ace Attorney film recently debuted at the International Film Festival Rotterdam. According to a report from TwitchFilm, Miike said there are plans for a worldwide release of the movie and that each region is getting specific dubs and subs using the character names from the Phoenix Wright games used in that region.

So is the movie actually any good? TwitchFilm describes it as a "love-it or hate-it affair." If you like the games then "this is the fastest way to spend almost two and a half hours."
