The Global Game Jam Kicks Off Friday
The International Game Developers Association's Global Game Jam, an annual event where participants around the world come together to create a game in 48 hours, begins this Friday
The event kicks off on 5 pm (in your time zone) on January 27th and goes for ~48 hours through January 29, 2012. Those interested in registering for the GGJ can go to the official website. Last year, the event generated teams in 44 countries, who over the course of one weekend created over 1,500 games.
