Naughty Dog Co-founder Wrote A Novel

Andy Gavin once made a game you like. Maybe you’ll also like his new dark fantasy vampire novel, The Darkening Dream.

In 1986, Andy Gavin helped found Naughty Dog and then worked on everything from Crash Bandicoot to the Jak & Daxter series. Recently however, Gavin has been working on entering the book-publishing world. His new book, The Darkening Dream from Mascherato Publishing takes place in 1913 Salem, Massachusetts and revolves around a young woman’s journey to unravel a conspiracy involving a 900-year-old vampire, a demon-loving Puritan warlock, and some disgruntled Egyptian gods. Sounds wild enough to be entertaining.
