Blizzard's Next MMO Will Probably Have Product Placement
Blizzard Entertainment's much rumored next-gen MMO title will likely feature some form of product placement, if a new job posting is anything to go off of.
The studio is looking to hire a Franchise Development Producer for the game, which is believed to be called Project Titan.
The job description reads:
Work with major consumer brands to facilitate product placement and licensing within the world of Blizzard Entertainment's next-gen MMO that enhances the gameplay experience.
Additionally, the listing needs the individual to help create books, action figures, comics, short movies, and apparel for the new franchise. Blizzard previously stated its next MMO will compliment World of Warcraft, not destroy it, and will "blow people's minds."
