Sonic The Hedgehog: Episode 2 Existence Confirmed

Sega revealed today, care of a man with Tails themed sideburns, that Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 2 is set to release next year.

The reveal comes from Gamespot.com in the form of an interview with Ken Balough, digital brand manager for Sega, and a brief teaser trailer. You can see the trailer below by skipping ahead to about 1:16, but make sure to stick around to see those sweet sideburns.

There's no gameplay unfortunately in the teaser, but the trailer (and Balough's face) confirm that Tails will be present, and we can also expect an appearance by Metal Sonic.
