Report: Capcom Bringing Wii Resident Evil Shooters To PS3

Capcom held a 15th anniversary Resident Evil event in Japan, and it not only announced an Operation Raccoon City release date, but also mentioned that two formerly Wii-exclusive Resident Evil titles will be jumping to the PS3.

Famitsu in Japan is reporting that at the event's reception, Capcom announced that both Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles and Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles will be offered in a single game to be known as the Resident Evil Chronicles HD Selection. This collection will feature HD graphics and PS3 Move support.

No release date or North American availability has been announced at this time.
