Report: Modern Warfare 3 Leaks

Pirates have obtained portions of Modern Warfare 3 before its November 8 release.

According to a report from VentureBeat, disc two of the two-disc PC version of Modern Warfare 3 was stolen from a shipping factory in Fresno, Calif. by an employee. The report says security may have been too high to steal disc one.

Activision has responded by sending investigators to the homes of known pirates to turnover and delete the pirated content. The publisher faced similar issues with Modern Warfare 2 and Black Ops both leaking before release.
