Marvel Announces Amazing Spider-Man Game To Coincide With Upcoming Film

Marvel and developer Beenox studio announced at New York Comic Con a new Spider-Man game to coincide with the upcoming Marc Webb directed film. Beenox has two Spider-Men games under its belt with Shattered Dimensions and Edge of Time (click here to read our review). Beenox has confirmed that unlike those two games, The Amazing Spider-Man will be an open world game.

Not much has been revealed about the game beyond those few details. The Amazing Spider-Man film is set for release on July 3, so you can expect the game to come out on the same day, or at least very close to it.
