Vita Compatible With Ad Hoc PSP

Sony has some good news for multiplayer enthusiasts regarding the cross-compatibility of its two handhelds.

As reported by Siliconera, a new graphic over at the Japanese PlayStation website confirms that you'll be able to connect up and play ad hoc multiplayer between PSP and Vita. So if you're playing a PSP game on your Vita and want to play a little multiplayer with a friend who only has a PSP, you're all set.

It's not world-shaking news, but it's good to hear Sony is trying hard to have their various devices play nice together. Are there any PSP games that utilize ad hoc multiplayer that you'll be happy to play on Vita?
