Arkham City is teeming with villains, and a new antagonist has been revealed as well as some new gadgets to work with in the game.
Gametrailers has the info on Deadshot in Arkham City, who appears courtesy of a side mission that involves Batman's investigation of a series of murders.
As far as the new weapons go, there is the Remote Electrical Charge, which as it sounds, gives out shocks like a tazer. It can also be used to power-up downed generators and electromagnets. There is also Mr. Freeze's Freeze Cluster Grenade (check out this trailer with Mr. Freeze). This not only stuns enemies in an area, but Batman can use them to create ice platforms in otherwise un-crossable waters.
Batman: Arkham City comes out on October 18 for PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3.
