Sony Planning Android-Based PlayStation Suite Titles For 2012

At Tokyo Game Show, Sony announced some new details for its PlayStation Suite program that will help developers create content for PlayStation-certified devices.

Software development kits are expected to go out to developers in November, with games coming in the spring of 2012 through the PlayStation Store.

The certified devices covered by PlayStation Suite included Sony's two new tablets, the Xperia Play, and the upcoming Vita handheld. More Android-based devices are expected to follow.
